Conference on Faith and Climate Change
28th - 29th October
The Conference is being organised by Faith Regen Foundation, 3iG and Commonwealth Foundation with an aim to raise awareness and understanding of the potential of faith communities to play a part in tackling this global challenge. In particular, the conference will aim to shift the focus from just looking at scientific interventions required to halt climate change to a focus on the impact on real people's lives.
Representatives from different faiths, countries and organisations will be attending the conference which is expected to hear feedback from focus group discussions that have taken place in Sri Lanka, Malaysia, Gambia and other countries.

Mr Anas Altikriti, CEO of The Cordoba Foundation will be chairing one of the discussion sessions and Mr Amjad Saleem, Head of Communications at The Cordoba Foundation will be presenting results of the Sri Lankan focus group discussions
The conference will be held at Commonwealth Foundation, Marlborough House.
